Contact information for representatives of companies and other organizations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other companies.
Regular Disclosures of Information and Transfers of Data Outside the EU or EEA
Customer information (name, address, and phone number) is disclosed to partner companies operating in Finland solely to enable installation work. These partners are listed on the website under Partners.
Data is not regularly disclosed to parties other than those mentioned above. The information in the customer register is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.
Register Protection

The data controller may, if necessary, request the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the timeframe specified by the GDPR (usually within one month).

Individuals listed in the register have the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Registered individuals also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the right to restrict processing in certain situations. Requests should be submitted in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, request the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the timeframe specified by the GDPR (usually within one month).
